I had a lovely time at this resort with its beautiful beach and relaxed vibe. The accommodations were nice, and I especially enjoyed the beach bar and the snorkeling excursions. However, the dining prices were quite high, and I wish the service was more attentive. Additionally, I felt the facilities could use a bit more variety in activities.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was stunning, right by a beautiful private beach, and I appreciated the helpful staff. However, the chalets felt a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, especially with basic amenities like a kettle. The dining options also left a lot to be desired, as the food quality didn't match the price. Overall, it's a place with potential, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms

The chalets were adequate but a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. I missed having a kettle and some basic outdoor facilities.
Service

The staff were pleasant and helpful, but one waiter particularly could use some retraining regarding customer service.

Dining was disappointing. The spaghetti and breakfast were not up to scratch; both left me feeling that the kitchen was cutting corners. The options felt pre-prepared and not fresh.

Our stay at Muscat Hills Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The location is simply stunning, right on a private beach where we enjoyed snorkeling and fishing. However, the accommodations were quite disappointing, as they felt run-down and not well-maintained. While the restaurant offered breathtaking views and some excellent meals, the service and dining experience fell short at times. Overall, it's a beautiful setting, but improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms
5.0
The bungalows, while comfortable, were quite basic and needed attention. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, but overall, the condition was not what I had hoped for considering the price we paid.
Service

The staff was generally attentive, but issues with the manager's response to our complaints were frustrating.
Location

The location is exceptional, right on a beautiful private beach surrounded by palm trees, offering a peaceful escape.
Dining
5.0
While the breakfast spread was adequate, some meals were overcooked and the service didn't meet expectations during dining.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities include a nice restaurant area and access to the beach, but it felt like they needed some modernization.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The beach huts right on the shore were a unique and beautiful setting that felt special. However, the food was quite disappointing and not worth the high prices. The atmosphere varied greatly, with some noise from other guests and music that disrupted the peaceful vibe. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay but might not cater well to those looking for a truly authentic experience.

Rooms
7.0
The beach huts were unique and offered a great view, but felt a bit cramped, especially with the outdoor shower situation.
Service
7.0
Service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being helpful while others seemed less attentive.
Location

The location was stunning, right on a private beach with beautiful views and surrounded by palm trees.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite disappointing; the food lacked flavor and did not meet the expectations for such an expensive place.
Facilities
